Hulk vs Thor

I started working on this one back in August.  It started sketching it at a local pizza shop with Daphs (Denis Zunon) and Lucas St Martin (not a real Saint).  I then scanned the unfinished image into the computer and reworked it with rough ins for the legs, which didn't fit on the original page.  Then I printed it out on bristol and finished the pencils with my trusty 0.9mm blue lead mechanical pencil.  Almost everything you see drawn here is done with this $5 pencil.

Oh man. It feels good to draw again!

Life's been crazy the past two weeks. The most stressful time I've ever gone through. Some of you may have heard what happened at 38 Studios. But I kid you not, a supportive family and friends turned it into one of the most uplifting times of my life as well. Thank you to everyone at 38, I have no regrets.

This is a small part of a much larger DOTA battle scene that I've been working on. I haven't touched it for a while, but it's the only thing I'm going to be working on now. So it should be done relatively soon :)

Latest batch of Life Drawings

I haven't been going to Life Drawing as much as I should be. Mostly because the lighting at the current session has just been crappy and I don't enjoy drawing a non-shaded form that much.

Da Da Da Da DOTA!!! New WIP

Me and some buddies at work have been playing DOTA 2 and it rocks!! I'm working on some Skeleton King AKA Leoric fanart. The final paintup will be in full color. It's not done yet, still working on it and playing DOTA at the same time. I already did a sketch of the next DOTA character I'll be painting up :)
